As a team, one of the things that is high on our priorities is getting back to you with a solution as soon as possible. Sometimes lead times can be days, sometimes weeks but we keep our stock levels high so that if you need a pump in a hurry then we may just have to right choice on the shelf ready and in these cases lead times can be a matter of hours.  One of the major advantages of our location in Wellingborough is that we can cover England and Wales in a matter of hours (and Scotland in a little longer) so if you need a pump as a matter of urgency it can be with you the very same day.   Many people will remind you that you should always have a spare pump on site for when the proverbial matter hits the impeller however, mishaps do happen, and it’s at those times you need a group of people you can rely on to get your site back up and running again.

A great example of this was the weekend before Christmas, Saturday evening, and we received the call from a customer – their plant was down, they had killed a pump…  MD Ashley managed to make a break from Christmas shopping with Mrs F to meet Andy at our warehouse and a pump was on route to South Wales by 6.00 pm.

The week before that we supported one of our own authorised distributors meet the urgent needs of their customer:

Hi Ashley,

Happy 2018 to you and your family and I hope you managed to have a nice break. Alan contacted me yesterday asking if everything went ok with our client concerning the two pumps you supplied us before Christmas. Just to let you know our client is very happy how we supported them over the Christmas period as it was a late request. We would also like to thank you and CDR for the out of hours support and late notice given assembling the pumps and meeting us at your works for collection on the Saturday before Christmas.

Another email from a rush job a few weeks earlier simply said “Thanks for getting us out of the s****!!!”
