A series of plastic mag drive pumps, the STN range are manufactured in Polypropylene and ETFE offering exceptional chemical resistance and are a seal-less pump ensuring that toxic fluids and vapours are not lost. This line-up of plastic magnetically driven pumps has expanded with the addition of the STN 70 which has been encased in stainless steel for enhanced rigidity (currently only available in polypropylene).
The STN range of pumps are close-coupled plastic mag drive pumps. Suitable for low duties, these magnetic drive pumps are the right choice for acids and bases, brine, sea water and hydroxide at differing concentrations and temperatures.
The heavy-duty rare earth magnetic coupling allows these pumps to handle SG of 2.0 as standard, bearing material options of PTFE, Graphite, Ceramic, Silicon Carbide and RunSafe™ Silicon Carbide allow these pumps to be handled on a wide diversity of liquids.
As a close-coupled plastic mag drive pump, the STN is compact and very easy to maintain. The magnetic drive offers a seal-less design making them the right choice for toxic chemicals. These pumps moulded from Polypropylene or ETFE which offer an extremely high level of chemical resistance and the launch of the new STN70 features a stainless steel casing for rigidity. Motor powers range from 0.75kw to 5.5kw and are now available as an ATEX compliant pump also.
