Metallic Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

Mag drive pumps have been specifically designed for hazardous applications that can pose risks to both human safety and the environment. These pumps utilise a seal-less technology, resulting in a design that effectively prevents any fluid leakage and the release of volatile, toxic, and flammable chemicals. By employing a synchronous magnet configuration, magnetically driven centrifugal pumps eliminate the potential dangers associated with faulty seals. Additionally, they have the capability to handle a wide range of fluids and can be custom-made to comply with the required standards for ATEX environments. These pumps prioritize process safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Metallic mag drive pumps can be manufactured in: Stainless Steel Hastelloy C Exotic alloys

Magnetically driven centrifugal pumps offer several key features. These pumps are designed to ensure zero vapour loss when handling hazardous liquids. They are also ATEX Certified, making them suitable for use with flammable liquids. One notable advantage of these pumps is that they do not require mechanical seals, reducing the risk of leakage.

Our pump range covers a wide range of duties, starting from 1m3/hr and going up to 320m3/hr. Additionally, we provide options for motors ranging from 0.12kw to 90kw. These pumps are capable of handling a diverse range of liquids, including those with up to 2% solids as standard. Furthermore, with the introduction of our new Solids Handling Mag Drive, this capacity can be increased to 30%.

To ensure the longevity of your pump, our mag drive pumps come equipped with RunSafe SiC rotating bushes, axial thrusts, and shafts. These features protect the pump from the negative effects of running dry. We offer both close-coupled and long-coupled pump options to suit your specific needs.

Furthermore, our pumps meet ISO 2858 and sub-ISO standards, guaranteeing their quality and reliability. Whether you require a smaller pump for low-duty applications or a larger pump for more demanding tasks, our magnetically driven fluid handling solutions have got you covered. We keep many pumps in stock, and any additional requirements can be easily ordered to ensure prompt delivery.
