Why Choose a Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump?
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are rotating pumps and use a service liquid to create the vacuum. Pumps are capable of handling high vapour loads and aggressive fluids meaning you can choose the right service liquid for your application.
With the experience gained over decades of research, investments, and sound mechanical know-how, our Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps have become synonymous with high-quality, highly-efficiency, solidly built, and extreme reliability.
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are capable of handling high volumes of vapours, condensable gases, and liquids without detrimental consequences to their performance or mechanical reliability. Pump service liquid can be water or other liquids such as oils, solvents etc to satisfy almost any process requirements. Pumps are available in single-stage and two-stage liquid ring units.
It’s worth noting, that with clean water as the pump service liquid, the aspirated air (or gas) is ‘washed clean’ within the pump and as a result, the discharged air is free of any oils, carbon, or plastic particles.

Featuring:
- Quality Design: All Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are designed and manufactured to ISO 9001 standards
- Fewer Parts: Pumps are manufactured with fewer components improving both rigidity and toughness and easier to maintain
- Compact Dimensions: The shaft length has been reduced lowering the risk of deflections and vibrations
- Mechanical Seals: DIN 24960 as standard
- A wide variety of manufacturing materials: In addition to the standard materials, liquid ring vacuum pumps are also available in special exotic alloys.
- Mechanical Reliability: Our vacuum pumps feature a simple design, so there are no reciprocating parts – no valves and no sliding vanes. The impeller is the only rotating part with no metal-to-metal contact leading to less wear & tear, no vibrations, and lower noise levels
Systems for liquid ring pumps
Complete vacuum systems include a liquid-ring vacuum pump, an air-liquid cyclone separator and a heat exchanger mounted onto a compact skid.
