CDR Pumps have recently launched the new UCL mech seal and the UCL-B (close coupled version) range of mechanical seal centrifugal pumps.  The range supersedes the UCN-L and UCN-BL range of mech seal pumps which have enjoyed many years of service in the chemical and pharmaceutical Industries.

The unit is an ISO 5199 mechanically sealed pump available in a number of materials including Polypropylene lined, PVDF lined or PFA lined for the harshest of duties.  The pump offers many impeller options such as closed for highly efficient clean liquids, open style for solids laden product, and recessed impeller for slurry duties.  Various mechanical seal options are available including our own slurry type seal available in both single and double configurations.

The units boast a heavy duty, double angular contact bearing arrangement, rigid shaft to reduce shaft deflection, and full interchangeability with the UTN-L (magnetic drive pump) option for maximum interchangeability on site.
