Just recently a customer had originally called up with a concern about a noisy pump and the fact they didn’t have a backup pump in stock.

Kevin Pratt, our Sales Manager quoted a new pump within an hour using our emergency stock programme direct from our global manufacturing facility in Italy.

Now our customer not only received a brand new UTN-BL Pump specified in PVDF with a motor, and trimmed impeller but a pump that has gone through a series of performance tests.

Our customer is super delighted with our CDR Pumps Service and called to say thank you very much.
