We are very excited to announce that our CDR Pumps manufacturing facility in Milan has made further investment in updating and renewing polymer welding technology, with the delivery of a new fusion welding machine for the manufacture of Impellers.
The applications that our equipment find themselves in can be some of the most difficult and arduous in modern industry, our equipment, therefore, requires the very latest in quality and repeatable welding technology of the Polypropylene, ETFE and PFA non-metallic materials that the pumps are manufactured from.
Additionally, we have taken delivery of our latest performance test ‘beds’ to allow us to performance test pumps up to 137kw.
This significant investment complements the beds already in operation and allows our extended pump ranges to be fully tested before the pumps commence life in the heavy requirement of industry.
