Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason, you’re not then you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. All that we ask is that you notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and that they are returned to us unused and in the original packaging via an approved courier service with adequate insurance cover. You will be expected to cover these costs.

Please note that there is a 10% re-stocking fee.

We will aim to process your refund as soon as we can but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouse. If we have found the value of the goods has decreased as a direct result of your handling of them then a deduction may be made. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is found that the goods have been damaged after delivery.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will be of the same specification and value as the original and will be dispatched once the original has been received at our warehouse.

We are unable to accept returns on used pumps unless they are faulty.

Should you need to return any components or complete pump units to us, can you please ensure that the attached cleanliness declaration is fully completed, signed and securely attached to each item before shipping.

All returned products need to be accompanied by a Certificate of Cleanliness or they will not be accepted
