The side channel pump fills the void between a centrifugal pump and a positive displacement pump; utilising its distinctive star impeller, fluids are energised and gas content is passed through channels.   Available as either a mechanically sealed or magnetically driven unit, the side channel pump can be configured to your individual requirements with a variety of material options.

Side channel pumps are capable of handling gas entrained liquids with up to 50% inclusion with a temperature range of -20°c → +120°c as standard; with modifications capable of increasing the range significantly.   The furrow along the impeller casing allows gas content to flow through without causing the pump to stall. Due to the modular design, we can have over 4800 mechanical variants which helps us become extremely flexible to your system requirements.
